In reply to Philip. Don't know if you're referring to me, but we get no money and have no way to offer assistance. In fact, we think there are better alternatives out there, as you see we give it 3.5 stars. It has its benefits, but there are better choices without the monthly fees.

I’ve been trying to contact them for the past week regarding my kids tax forms. I’ve called them, emailed them, even followed the instructions on the invoice I received on the fundreports website. They have no customer service, and if they do, they are NOT doing their job. The call goes to an automated message and I assume you leave a message. I’ve left four and no response back. They say they are open until 5pm pacific time, it was only 3pm when I began calling. Looks like this Robert guy is just collecting his money and is offering no assistance.

Unest have been taking $3 out my account every single time for months and I cannot get the app to load and i have tried to reload at least six times and now its just frustrating to see my money coming out my account by cant use the app…how crazy is this?

In reply to Jen. You simply make a withdrawal request and it may take a few days. There is no lockup or commitment. However, there may be tax implications if you sell your investments.
