If the school is on the list in this article, yes. Otherwise, no. Only a very few international schools are allowed.

We are about to move overseas and we are looking at an International K-12 IB program school for them to attend. Can you pull up to $10K out for each child to help pay the tuition for this type of school?

I don’t really see the question (seems like you already know the nuances here), but congrats on the massive savings.

We have a child in Texas who is about to enter kindergarten at a private school where the tuition exceeds $10k. I am considering superfunding the 529 from funds in a typical investment account to give us a healthy principal. The $100k investment account is just something we’ve been saving throughout the years with no anticipated use for several years.

After superfunding, my idea is to then withdraw the tax free interest earned every year to help offset payments. The thoughts is that I am at least taking advantage of the tax free growth that I am not currently experiencing through my typical investment account. I understand that there is no state benefit because we live in Texas.

No, a 529 plan is per calendar year. So the $10,000 you’re allowed to use for K-12 is per calendar year. Second, Indiana has a funky rule that the school must be in Indiana. If you over-drew, remember you have 60 days to put it back without penalty.
